Description

Why isn't full cash on delivery available?

Shopzee is a small business, run by one person. When a cash-on-delivery parcel is refused at the door, we pay for shipping both ways, and a single refused order can wipe out what we earn from several others.

So we ask for just ₹99 online to confirm your order, and you pay the rest in cash when it arrives (a few items are fully prepaid). The ₹99 is part of the price, not an extra charge. Thank you for helping a small business keep going.

Is it safe for my pet?

Our grooming tools are made for dogs and cats. Go gently the first few times, let your pet get used to it, and stop if they seem uncomfortable.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link. You can also check your order anytime from Track order in the menu.

How does ₹99 + cash work?

Pay ₹99 online to confirm your order. Pay the rest in cash when it reaches your door.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, and netbanking. On most items you can also pay ₹99 online and the rest in cash on delivery.

When will it arrive?

Can I return it if I change my mind?

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete, reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We can't take back items that are used or no longer wanted, so please check the description and photos before ordering.

Message us on WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to cancel or change it.
